Clubs & Councils

• Helping Hands Application (Max: $200)
  • Helping Hands is a funding program ran by ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ offered to Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ clubs and organizations needing funding assistance up to a max of $200.
  • Use it to request funding for things such as events, activities, equipment, competitions, and trips. 
  • Fill out the Helping Hands Application and send it to the active ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ Treasurer or President at ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵPRES@csi.edu.
    
    
• Funding Proposal (Over $200)
  • Student clubs can put together a direct request for funding/a proposal for events, equipment, and trips. This is to be used for requests where Helping Hands would not be enough. 
  • Fill out the Club Proposal Form and send it to the active active ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ Treasurer or President at ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵPRES@csi.edu.
    
    
• Yearly Council Budget Request
  • ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ handles and votes on the budgeting of Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵ's councils.
  • It's very important to be prepared with information/documentation of pricing when discussing your budget requirement and areas of need. 
  • Fill out the Yearly Council Budget Request Form and send it to the active ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ Treasurer or President at ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵPRES@csi.edu.

Senate Members

• Proposals
  
  • Proposals are used for everything except the ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ constitution or amendments.
  • Fill out the Proposal Form and send it to the active ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ President via email: ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵPRES@csi.edu
  • If your proposal requires more writing space or additional sections, seek out the current years proposal template. 
  • *Proposals that include finance/funding have a waiting period. They shall be read but voted on at the subsequent meeting. The waiting period for financial proposals can be waived by a two-thirds vote.
• Bills
  • Bills are used to change the constitution and its amendments. 
  • Seek out the current bill template on the ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ file-storage cloud.
  • After filling it out send it to the active ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵ President via email: ASÄ¢¹½ÊÓƵPRES@csi.edu
